R1S Spare Tire delivery?

I thought I did have a spare in my order too. Got mine without it.

I have a screenshot of my original configuration, it was on there for $450 but removed when the email came out remove gear shop items from orders.

That is a bummer but to be honest unless it says available to order in the shop …??

I can't remember if I ever added one to my original configuration. Is there a way to find out? Also, has the price increased since? Thanks.

If you have saved emails from Rivian for at least 12 months, you can look back to December 15, 2022. That's the day that Rivian emailed us about removing "products" (accessories) from our preorder configurations (but making them available to purchase in the Gear Shop at the same price). I don't think so. When the full-size spare tires finally became available in the Gear Shop for R1T owners, there were several posts where owners reported that they were able to buy from the Gear Shop at the old price.

I asked the lead service tech who did the window reset during our Saturday delivery: "no updated estimate we are aware of...still a supply issue."

The guide who oriented us to the car wasn't even aware they weren't available. I'm not holding my breath. Our guide is mostly useless, so I haven't bothered asking about pricing as I also had it in my original config.

Maybe wishful thinking, but I hope they honor this pricing when it gets released.
