Stripped screw hole repair?

If you are using the existing screws, some of those have metal clips inside that act like a nut. If so you should be able to get another replacement clip that works, but you need to remove several screws to access the area. The clip looks similar to this picture, but these are cheap clips used to hold a speaker. The Rivian clips had a tube that gave more area for the screw to bite into. If it's the clip, then you can't tap new threads in it.

Did they send you new screws?

I just went to install my mudflaps and found one screw missing on one side, and THREE missing on the other. Ugh.

They sent mobile service out and he fixed it. I had mobile replace the steering wheel with the heavier model while they were out.
