It is in the roadmap for Rivian, we will see it at some point.

From the blog post, what is the plug icon for? I suppose I could just be patient and wait for my update to apply, but I didn't even see it in Rivian Dad's video.

Also, @Pixelshot your daughter's method getting out of the R1S was funny lol.

it means your outlets are on. from the manual "A visual indicator appears in the center of the status bar to alert you if the power is on."

I'm not all that impressed with the data blocks.

Elevation and compass should just be on map screen.
We already have tire pressure.
Motor temps and battery temp should be on dash screen.
Tried and true implementations for these types of information, but maybe I am too old.

This layout and framework has potential, so looking forward to more data blocks configurations for all purpose and sport in the future. The towing is helpful, and it makes some wonder if the non-towing modes were an after-thought or concession.

fair but its a start. im sure they will get and listen to feedback and improve things.

i think adding more to the drivers screen makes a lot of sense. time at the very least but some of the other "widgets" as a selectable option in addition to what we already have: tire pressure/map/efficiency.

Ah ok, I was wondering if that was the case. It would have been nice if we have the ability to choose these data widgets instead of them being set…unless I’m also dumb and missing where you can do this too

I recently drove a Tesla and found the camera view of traffic when signaling to change lanes an additional safety factor that I would like to see as an upgrade.

Hyundai and Kia have had that for years. Some Honda models had that as well but not sure if they still do.
