I would be pretty happy if Walsenburg, CO somehow got on-line in the next 4 weeks. Not exactly an easy location for people to pop over and check on regularly, I suspect.

Someone on facebook claiming that some of the remaining RAN sites for TX are gone (leases lapsed and not shown on the rivian map as coming soon -- not sure if it was there before or not).

Yet Buttonwillow was not free, it was opened just a few days ago and they were immediately charging the $0.36.

But I agree, maybe some stations are like that.

There were no more coming soon Texas sites for a while.

Yeah, Rivian has so many Texas permits. I’ll check it now. I do know that last time I checked many of them expired.

Anyone heard anything about the Utah sites? Those have been quiet for a while.

I would love to have some better CO to CA options.

There were no more coming soon Texas sites for a while.

Yeah, Rivian has so many Texas permits. I’ll check it now. I do know that last time I checked many of them expired.

Disappointing if they let them expire... wonder why. Not like we got a lot of charging infrastructure in the state.

Not a chance. I imagine you'll be waiting at least a year or so for it to open. Also, Rivian is pretty good at indicating which sites are soon to begin work (https://rivian.com/experience/charging)

I'd love to know the source of that info, as I don't think it's necessarily true. Rivian has built sites seemingly out of nowhere when everyone thought they had abandoned the site. As for permits, I don't believe their TDLR reviews can "expire" per se. While city permits definitely can, it's usually a small fee to reactivate, or worst comes to worst Rivian refiles.

RIVIAN HAS FILED PERMITS IN UTAH!!!

Edit: sorry, it's like 2am and I came across some new permits by complete accident. Won't be posting the news right away, but it will be an option on the next poll.

I drove by there last week as it is 3 minutes from my office. They were busy excavating the foundation for the building. Will try to take a picture and post it when they start forming the foundation.

I'm hearing the Holyoke, MA RAN site is under construction. Ideally photos from someone nearby to confirm and share with the community, but the source is solid. 45 Holyoke St, Holyoke, MA 01040
