Anyone else notice a slight bump in charge rate since the new update? I have a 48A charger and previously saw reported charge rates of 11.0kW consistently. Since the most recent update I'm getting 11.3kW. nothing else is changed, doesn't make much difference but wondering if they either tweaked the value reported in the app, improved losses, or improved the charge rate somehow?

Your line voltage can vary by 5%. This is not a software change.

240V * 48A = 11.52 Watts, but there are a few hundred Watts lost in the charging process so if everything is running at the nominal values you will see around 11.2 or 11.3 kW going to your battery. That's what I've been getting for the last 4 years on 2 different chargers.
