I was worried about it (would have chosen wood like my first one had if it had been available) but my partner was excited about the white.

Turns out I needn’t have worried — I love it. Well done and classy.
My first truck had the wood but it was hard to dust or clean because it was a lint magnet. Seriously considering the vinyl for our second truck because of the ease of cleaning.

Sorry, should have been more specific, was looking for the Tire and Loading Information sticker, which shows how much weight the truck can handle with the options you currently have.
Oops! Here it is:

Just some quick notes on my first impressions for 13k VIN Quad -> 28k VIN Performance Dual. I'll make a dedicated post once I've got more to write about it.

The dual motors are more audibly present than the quad ones. Sounds like there's just more sound transmission as the motors ramp, noticeable below highway speeds. I don't mind it -- kind of like hearing them work.

It's less... violent than the quad when accelerating. Smoother. Maybe not quite as absurdly fast -- highway reactions to someone trying to do something stupid like pass (cutting you off) when merging onto the highway went from "lolnope" to "nope".

There's no driver camera anymore -- when did that go away? I must have missed the discussion.

I like the white dash front. A lot.

The highway auto-conserve is excellent. I did catch a tiny lag when mashing the pedal when I know it's disengaged. I'll play with that more before the bigger writeup.

I need to order another full charger replacement from OpenSourceEV (paging @RWerksman) -- I left mine in the quad when I traded it in (couldn't find the original before it was time to go!); someone will luck out. It's so much better than stock in every respect. More utility, better-looking, and WORKS!

I haven't paid much attention to range yet -- I can share that I felt noticeably more comfortable between charges on the initial road trip (Normal to south of Dallas) than I did in the quad with 20s. Except I almost always had to pee before it was finally time to stop and charge. So yeah, it goes farther :p

I've put my manual tonneau on it (whew). Next up, install the rock sliders running boards from @EV Sportline so my mom can get in easier!

Congratulations! Very rare indeed. Actually like the look of the vinyl dash.

Yup! Compass Yellow is the best color. I get so many compliments on the color, I cannot tell you.

I did a matte wrap on my first one, which was amazing (light colors really are best for that -- they GLOW) -- but I think I'll go with a glossy wrap this time.

Previous (quad) in matte XPEL wrap:

I've never had to clean the wood in mine after 20 months. I would say just vacuuming with a brush attachment is all that's needed. Cloth would be an absolute no-no.

The Max Pack's available power is reported as 142 kWh, which I was able to see thanks to @Jiji's iOS app (thank you @Jiji!).

Wait… when did they remove the under-dash 12V plug?! What the hell?

Yep, started in Feb / March 2023, right when I received mine, which thankfully does have it.

Blargh. I know they’re doing it because of supply chain availability issues, but I wish they’d work harder to find replacements… I used that under-dash outlet constantly. I have things I’d like to do with the frunk one too.

Blargh!

We all can't wait to hear your thoughts and review on the range test and more about the white dash. I know previously most people ruled it out feeling it felt like a downgrade from the wood since wood gave the truck more of a premium feel.

Beautiful.

Yellow is objectively the best color. I really hope the revisit their decision to cancel it.

Did you sell your first one, trade it in, or did it have issues? That's a lot of sales tax in my neck of the woods.

Definitely best color, congrats
