No Available Appointments at Costa Mesa Service Center?

Just tried to schedule an appointment for my noisy front half shafts (they've been like this for a while now but deciding to do something about it). Also, I have a weird issue with my front suspension going to max height randomly on the first stop after coming out of kneel mode.

Tried to schedule an appointment at Costa Mesa, and the app says, "no available appointments at the costa mesa service center".

1st available appointment for El Segundo is April 16th...

Anyone else have this issue?

Same issue for me. Call support and they will try to book you. If Eastvale works for you they can book there as well, but that location isn’t showing up in the app yet. They opened early December. I have to wait 2 months for my appointment

Damn- that's about the only time I wish I still lived in Corona...

I'll give them a call. I've lived with both of these issues for some time, so a few more months shouldn't hurt.

FWIW, I took delivery about 3 weeks ago and was given an early April service appointment in El Segundo for some small things that needed to be fixed upon delivery inspection. Might try to swap it out to Eastvale since it's open now.

I'm not defending the super long wait times at SC (as experienced in Bellevue), but I found that there are additional SCs (mobile-only or just not fully online SCs) that are taking vehicles in quickly, even if the app says no slots are available.

I suspect that the auxiliary/temporary SCs aren't bookable in the app, but only by talking to Rivian Support.

Clearly, this is still not a great customer experience, but at least it can be better for some customers than it first appears.

Did you try calling support? I was able to get an appointment calling support last summer for a slow suspension leak in Costa Mesa when nothing was available on the app.

Trucks been sitting for 3 weeks at Costa Mesa for service. Hasn’t been touched. This is after a one month delay of my original service appointment in November where I was told they would expedite my service since it’s being pushed back a month. Clearly didn’t happen.

Wonder how much it ends up costing them for 4-6 weeks worth my EQE enterprise loaner by the time I’m assuming I’ll get my truck back. Efficiency is definitely not a top priority right now.

Apparently neither is public perception. Things like this certainly don't help sell trucks....

You may be right. I haven't necessarily been a fan of the costa mesa service center. Crazy to me that most everyone at HQ (LOTS of Rivians at HQ) has to go to this SC...

I had a GLS for a little over a week because one of my software updates stalled. Took 70 minutes to fix. Cost roughly $6-700.
As a stockholder this drives me nuts!

I suspect it is all part of the "spend minimum dollars on service to not damage brand and sales" drawback to direct sales.
