I don't really see that Fisker has anything of value to Rivian. No IP, no factory, and few engineers (they largely relied on Magna for their platform). Any engineers/designers that might be of value to Rivian, they can just hire.

Fisker doesn't engineer EVs, manufacture EVs, sell EVs or service EVs.

Fisker does design and a little digital marketing.

Fisker's current market cap is $360M. And is not worth $36M.

And when Henrik Fisker retires it will be worth just about zero. Fisker's worth is the Design elan of Henrik.
