Issues with blind spot at low speeds

Hello all,
Has anyone experienced a lack of blind spot monitoring at speeds under 20mph? Neither my driver display nor my mirror indicators which light up despite there being vehicles there. It makes lane changing in traffic particularly tricky given the lengths of the R1’s. Software updates haven’t helped. Service ticket is in place but if anyone has figured it out, I’d appreciate it!

Oh the horror…actually relying on old-school, look-in-properly-set mirrors…I know...techno-heresy! Haha. …..just pullin’ your chain a bit

I haven't noticed a problem before but will take a look next time I head out. Consistency and reliability are a big deal. That is, if I'm going to trust a feature, it needs to always work.

Have you tried doing either type of reset? I am doubtful that would solve the issue if the mirror indicators aren’t working, but it’s an easy thing to try.

Yes both soft reset and after software updates. No luck

Sounds like something the SC should be able to fix pretty quickly once your appt comes up??
