Well, after more than 2 years here it is:
2024 Rivian R1s Quad. Limestone w/ Ocen Coast. 21in bright wheels Road tires.
L picked up in Atlanta and drove it home to the Florida Panhandle. The ride is sublime. I have no idea what complainers are even talking about. I admit I’m coming from a JLU Wrangler with a 2in lift kit and 35in tires lol. That thing rides like a Jeep with a cheap lift, which it is. This Rivian is WAY more like riding a dream.
I went over the panels and trim and paint and no notable defects to me, the average owner. I’m sure a pro detailer under pro lighting will quickly rack up an enormous correction bill, as is his professional job to do so. But for me, the condition is miles better than my 2018 Tesla.
I’ve seen quite a few Rivian’s around my area which is saying something for a relatively lightly populated area of full-time residents. This is a very tourist-concentrated area and it is normal to see all sorts of high end vehicles tooling around in warmer weather months. my hope is that Rivian will open up a Service Center closer than Atlanta, but we’ll see.
