Rivian GB website

I am try to go to rivian.com but can only go to https://rivian.com/en-GB/r2, the Great Britain site. Any help here?

Are you using a VPN? If not then I would recommend clearing your Rivian cookies from your browser and try again. I just checked and their website is working fine for me.

Try using a "private" browser. Are you a transplant from the UK? I had the same issue.

I am not very adept at this. Tried with and without VPN and clearing history and did not work. Do not know how to clear cookies. Using iOS.

I'm not an IT expert either. If IOS using Safari go to "File" at the top and choose "New Private Window." All the best.

there is no File menu on iOS (the iPhone). Here’s the info for private tabs and clearing cookies on iOS.

Having said that, on the top left corner of the Rivian web site, you can click the “hamburger” icon (two lines instead of the normal three lines) then select the location at the bottom of that screen.

Thank you for all of the replies. I appreciate it. I think that the issue has been resolved, but I am not certain as to how it happened.

On iOS go to Settings/General/Language/Region and set US and the rivian web server (and others) should now not redirect you to en-GB.

I’ve also been seeing the Rivian website default to en-GB on my iPhone. Tried deleting website data for Rivian.com from Safari settings. Double-checked that language and region were set to English-US.

Neither of these steps fixed it. I still have to change the region every time I open the site. I was hoping to avoid a full reset of site data and browsing history. But, may just have to suck it up and try that.
