I received a mug, water bottle, and pins the other day, with a note from the customer service team thanking me for some feedback.

Did you reserve a launch edition? I wonder if the posters only went to those orders? Or when did you place your order maybe they stopped after a certain date?

In the video he specifically mentioned that he got it "just for ordering a Rivian". Employees usually get a laptop, a bag, and some other things.

I got one of those bottles and a T-shirt for attending an event in January 2019. I can't see them sending one to everyone with a reservation unless it's some sort of "thanks for waiting" gift.
