Rivian reservation holder welcome package.

I got one of those bottles and a T-shirt for attending an event in January 2019. I can't see them sending one to everyone with a reservation unless it's some sort of "thanks for waiting" gift.

Rivian can just leave the coffee mug, water bottle, and shirt in my truck when they deliver it to my house. TIA

Did you reserve a launch edition? I wonder if the posters only went to those orders? Or when did you place your order maybe they stopped after a certain date?

For a point of reference, I ordered on June 20 (2021) and I received my poster already. So as of late June, they were still doing it at least.

I just did my R1S reservation/order in 2021 and got the poster a few weeks later, so it's definitely not launch edition only.

I did. Around X-mas time in 2019. I recall there being something about getting a carepackage for placing the reservation but there were no details given and I never received anything from Rivian.

ya I would assume you should have then. I'm sure if you reach out to CS they will send you one. They have been very nice and helpful every time I bug them with questions they cant answer

We asking customer service and then they sending us is bad customer care experience IMO. Rather they should send it for long waiting resv. holders

When you say "poster", what size are we talking?
2019 res holder and I am pretty sure I got a thank you letter with two photos on 8.5x11 paper, but now I need to go back and look.
I wouldn't call them posters, but maybe my definition is different?
