I have a V4 Super Charger somewhat close to me in Buellton, CA.
I had read that it was nearing completion so I paid it a visit after a ride near by.
The configuration of the dispensers is very impressive—the units are mid stall and the cables are nice and long. There is an integrated Magic Dock, as seems to be the case with all of the V4 dispensers I have read about.
Transformer and power cabinets are all there. I wonder how long before they actually energize. The engineering team purge might slow things down. I have heard that sites that are already underway are due to be commissioned, sites that have not yet broken ground are paused.
BTW, the V2 that it replaces was among the first—commissioned in Summer of ‘13
