Anyone purchase recently after signing 2022 binding agreement?

Current steps include a page that asks if you want the $3750 fed rebate upfront, as a tax rebate, or to skip

I'm looking to get the $7500 rebate that I singed the agreement for in 2022. Guide seems clueless what to select here (maybe just skip?)

Did he finally figure it out and proceed with the 2022 amendment? Will be in the same situation in a few weeks.

I would think you would skip. You have to file the amended tax return on your own. If you take the $3750 then you are using the 2024 rebate. Can't do both.

I'm no tax Layer, but I agree with this statement.

I took delivery (purchased) my R1T in October 2023 after signing the binding agreement in 2022. I filed my 2022 amended tax returns in November 2023. The IRS has not yet processed the amended return and a call with them today only stated that it has been assigned and is being processed. No additional information available. its been 7 months. a bit frustrating.
