There apparently will be a refreshed R1T! Someone spotted Gardner Nichols towing a refreshed R1T with an R1T in Colorado Springs (Pikes Peak Hill Climb time attacks are starting right now).

For real… haha. My poor R1 has not had an easy life. I am going to be very tempted to get a refreshed one once they’re unveiled.

They look like the same wheels shown on the refreshed R1S but they have more black accents. The trailer appears to have the same wheels, including the spare on the front.

The Rivian manual says you need a WDH if you're towing anything over 5000lbs. That's at least 8500lbs with no WDH. "Do as I say, not as I do" I guess ?.
