I even called to confirm that I opted in correctly (customer service confirmed that I did). Wonder what I’m doing wrong.

Sounds familiar to me. I received my 2022 R1T at the end of May, VIN 40XX, and no update. Worse, after I reached out to them to see if something was wrong, I got a second "opt-in for an adapter" email (the first email). I have a feeling I got skipped over for some reason, and it might be a while before they get to me.

It stings a little more since I have two R1s. I'd take just one adapter!

62XX VIN and I too received the confirmation email.

I have been using the A2Z unit for a couple months without issue (15 times or so), so this is hardly as glorious a moment as I imagined back when the partnership was announced...

For those of you holding out as a consequence of lack of UL, keep in mind that the UL standard has not been ratified, so even the units shipping today from Tesla/Rivian are not UL listed.

I could Be wrong and someone will correct me but I remember people getting them within just 2-3 weeks at this point.

Just got mine as well, R1T 68xx vin. I am a second owner, but I know the truck was first registered in June 22.

Exactly how I feel. VINs getting it now are 4x lower than mine. A2Z, here I come.
Does anybody know if the alleged extreme difficulty removing the Lectron same adapter from Tesla plug has been fixed?
