Good luck in your search! I purchased a pre-owned 22 QM LE R1T that had just over 9K miles on it. Rivian has been great in taking care of the issues I've found, and i got a new power tonneau cover also.

Thanks! Really looking forward to owning one. I test drove a QM R1S at a local dealer, but that was out of my price range. I also don't need a 7 seater SUV for just my wife and I. Hoping to find a solid R1T soon!

Closest SC 2 hours + away, you're crazy, wait until they open a closer SC.

The car as everyone already said is fine. Battery degradation on our 2017 B250E with Tesla Powertrain was 1% after 7 years and 40K. Essentially a rounding error.

@ndmiller: We live about 2.5 hours from Portland Service Center and we're very happy with both Rivians so far.

One or both of us goes to Portland once or twice a month anyway. That may influence how pleased we are with service from this distance.

That's a great sample of one in a rather unique situation, traveling to city with SC regularly. I love my Rivian as well, but I've been to SC 4 times and it's 2 miles from my office. That's why I still love the Rivian, easy to service. If it was 2.5 hours away I would be supremely upset for each of the 5 hours driving plus waiting for it to get serviced, an 8-12 hour day easily.

Youngstown, OH is on the list for future SC, much closer to Pittsburgh. Wait it out.
