Doh, got all confused between "dynamic roof" and "panorama roof", sorry about that! Waiting all these months takes its toll.For me that's not showing a dynamic roof

Can confirm, Gen 2 very glitchy.The delay may not be just for custom orders. i pulled the trigger on a similar config on June 8th from the shop. Even though my account still says 1-2 weeks for purchase process to open and shop still says 1-6weeks delivery to Denver SC zip code as of today I will not be getting delivery within that 6 week window. On Friday July 12 I reached out to SC and they tell me my config is delayed, and suggesting the dynamic roof may be the issue??? I got the impression that perhaps a 4-6 week delay may be expected.
The other consideration which is my pure speculation is that perhaps a few early glitches may have been found with early production Gen 2 vehicles - as was pointed out by a few posts of G2 vehicles delivered in late June. If that is the case I would not be surprised production is slowed until those issues are resolved and I am being patient - just in case that is the real cause of delays.
Just got an email "Get ready for your digital purchase process" but fulfillment status is still "PENDING_FULFILLMENT" with "Processing estimate". Not sure if it's just another hook.Congrats and thanks for sharing.
Something seems off. I have been unsuccessfully trying to get someone from Rivian to provide me with an update for 10+ days. I’ve yet to receive a single response.

I'd schedule a call with the inside sales asap to get more info. As you said, take the matching VIN unless there's a catch. I've been watching the shop in case a match or substantially similar build appears in which case I'd switch to a purchase from shop since it seems like they are relatively consistent on 1-6 weeks delivery for shop orders.The Inside Sales Guide sent me an email last night saying "I've located a VIN that matches your config... let me know if you want me to match this Rivian to your account since the VIN is subject to be reallocated to another account."
