How to identify Jack locations when side panels removed

We have running-boards installed on our R1T with the plastic undercover side-panels removed, so the jack puck locations are not obvious. I always have to look at the removed side-panels to see where the jack locations are. I'm anticipating getting some new tires mounted on new rims at COSTCO and wondering what people do so the tire guys know where to put the lift arms. Or can they just put them anywhere on the exposed rails as long as they don't mash the running-boards?

could try to cut a circle of gorilla tape. I used that to tape over the holes in side panels for the attachment points and i was surprised how well it stood up to the elements through a VT winter.

I tried 3M duct tape today and it didn't stick worth a darn. So I spray-painted fluorescent orange around the lift points.
