I don't have a spare - they were perpetually backordered when we received our R1S in August 2023. The jack that it comes with the spare does have the puck attached, but that also means that a roadside service truck would have to use your jack rather than theirs. You'd probably be fine with a single puck for roadside service. I got the 4-pack because I checked with my local tire place (where I go for state inspections, tires, and tire rotations) and they did not have Rivian pucks. I pull in, leave the puck set on the driver's seat along with instructions (attached), and turn it over to them. It works.

They are as bad as AAA, yes, and in many cases will be using the exact same subcontractors.
