Old news, but there are much better organizers for a lot less money.

A lot of us have store credit from referrals so I rather get it for free from Rivian than spend my own money. Already have cross bars, tonneau cover, so I was trying to find other functional things to use up my credit on. I think there are probably others in the same boat. It would have been nice if the camp kitchen was available…

Oh I got the organizer and power bank. I have tried few of these organizers and they all could be better. I hope the Rivian one is great. Rivian always does some thoughtful accessories.
Anyhow, I hear you on camp kitchen and that is what I tried first.?

I ordered the console organizer Friday. I like that it's two levels. Hope I'm not disappointed! $45+tax is pretty steep.

They show out of stock again and my order from last week hasn't changed status. Making me wonder if they had enough to cover my order.

I am the same, but for my mail delivery notice email from today, it says a shipment from Rivian is arriving tomorrow. So I think their status just isn't very reliable. I hope it's the same for you

Well here's an interesting twist. My package was delivered. I picked it up and I thought "that seems like a small box... And heavier than I expected for the center console organizer." Rivian sent me a NACS adapter by mistake instead of the organizer. ??‍

By mistake because you already got your adapter? I.E. you now have two adapters?

Correct. I now have 2 adapters.

The console organizer order shows as "delivered" but the box had a NACS adapter in it.

I contacted Rivian to tell them. You'd think they'd be happy for me to tell them they sent me a $225 item in place of a $45 item. They told me I'd have to return it and THEN they'd ship a replacement. I've gone through the replacement process with them before (for a different sized shirt) and it takes FOREVER. It takes them about 4 days to send a return label and then about another 4 days after they've received the return to acknowledge that they've received it. The console organizer will probably be out of stock again by that point. I should just keep the adapter and sell it. LOL.

This happened to me as well. I am now the proud owner of 2 NACS adapters and 0 console organizers. They are going to send me a replacement organizer but they are out of stock .

Someone in the warehouse is in trouble.

The console organizer tracking says it's 1.5lbs, so I'm assuming that's not the case. I imagine the adapter probably weighs at least 3-4lbs?

The label on the NACS adapter box says 5lbs (but I don't think it's quite that heavy).

If you're as unlucky as the rest of us, you'll get 2 NACS adapters and no console organizer.

I've been on the phone with Rivian 3 times now. Nobody seems to know what is happening. They want me to return the NACS adapter but have yet to send me a label to do so. Unlike a previous poster, they told me they can't do anything about getting me a new organizer or returning my money, until the NACS adapter is returned. Of course, the organizer is now out of stock.

The gear shop is really a pain to deal with.
