I can’t compare to Gen1 tires but I really like the Goodyear so far on my T. Low road noise (after about 750 mi) and great traction. I regularly drive on gravel and dirt roads that get muddy with temp fluctuations and have not had to significantly alter my driving with these. Plus, they do look cool lol
