The point I think you're trying to make does not make sense -- unless I don't understand what your point is.I participated in two separate pre-order holder 1:1 interviews and I was sent some nice goodies as a thank you. Why people expect stuff for free without giving something in return is beyond me. Yes, you gave them $1000 up front, but that doesn’t count since it applies to your vehicle purchase.
You got a reward for participating in an interview. That's fine. Makes sense. YOUR situation is not what people are frustrated with.
The concern is that it appears Rivian treats two similar customers very differently.
