Figured I was in Savannah and it was time for a tire rotation on my couple month old Toyo III EV I purchased at tire rack.

I literally heard the one guy groan when he was handed the keys. They spent 5 minutes fighting to open the access panels, had to swap out the 2 ton jacks for their 3.5, watching them try to jack it up, wrangling the tires

Still looks great but he is not friendly for these guys to work on.

I’m still a Tire Rack fan but I do watch them and always ask if they know where the access panels are

I open the panels and insert the pucks. Less confusion for all.
Thanks for the tip! I've not needed this yet but will in a couple 1000 miles and plan to do the same. Why take any chances? Install the pucks and then watch them to be sure they're lifting it correctly.

FWIW here's the printout I leave with the pucks on the driver's seat when I drop off my R1S for a tire rotation. No issues, but I trust the local place (CJ's Tire & Auto in Lititz). It can't hurt for them to have too much information.

The other option if you have the room wherever you live is to rotate your own. If you have the full size spare then it's pretty straight forward. I do mine every 5,000 miles. I can rotate mine quicker than taking it to a shop and it gives me the chance to check suspension, brakes, etc.
