Only eight states prohibit us, as a manufacturer, from directly or indirectly owning or operating a service center providing warranty service. Those states are Alabama, Louisiana, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and West Virginia.

I was excited to see (in the Roadshow video at 22:17) a nod to Arkansas, albeit as only a blip on the FleetOS sales job.
Like all the more-rural participants here it stinks knowing we're low on the totem pole, but it is exciting to see these trucks becoming tangible for some.
I look forward to visiting the Venice facility next month, and I am ready for my R1S!

I was intrigued as well. There definitely appeared to be dot in central Pennsylvania. According to their S1, they currently can’t operate in my state at all.

A lot of service centers doubled up in the same metro areas.

Nothing in Colorado?

Apparently there is a service center planned in what looks to be the Puget Sound and on the Olympic peninsula, but not in Bellevue. ?

Nice catch. They added one in the middle of WI that will be perfect for me.

Super encouraging video to watch. Rivian has gobs of brilliant people led by a prophetic founder/CEO. The business model is way more fleshed-out ahead of IPO than Tesla a dozen years ago. The market and big-money will chase it hard not only for the hardware (vehicles/charging) revenue stream but will see it equally enticing as a "cloud business" focused on big-data and its centralized information services.

Do wish they would cutback on the repetitive buzz-terms like "Ecosystem, scalable, unbundled etc."
