Agreed on #2. I always say I'll fully buy into a driverless car when they reimburse me for deer strikes and let me sleep behind the wheel. Otherwise I still have a job to do.

Now you're clueless. That is HW3. That version was actually a historical downgrade for FSD and a signficant regression for HW3 vehicles. It didn't get better, it got worse.

A good chance other auto emergency braking systems would not even detect that.

Also worth mentioning tesla has the only auto emergency braking system in a car that can detect cars that are cross-moving and they've had it for 4 years. No one tests for it because nobody else has it.
