There's not a customer facing site in Buffalo that I'm aware of.

At least the last time mine went in for service I had to meet the guys at the EA station in Niagara Falls and "trade cars" with them.

Which is fine, honestly.

I agree, they delivered it to me at the Enterprise rental location. I was just happy at the time i didn't have to go to Cleveland again. I have now been the Rochester location and definitely intended for customers.

I am an hour south of Rochester, I was back in the day when they still delivered them on flatbed. But i blew a front strut on a pot hole and got to use the Buffalo one for that.
