They just opened a Long Island, New York space. It would be nice if you could finally sit in one instead of money-hungry YouTube influencers.

Would love that, it's right down the road from me but I doubt it will happen. Hassle to get into the city so I'll wait and see if they bring it out to LI.

The last time it was in NYC, you could only look at it. Honestly, I have seen enough online to get the style I want to sit in it, look at the space, and understand how it compares to the R1S.

Yep, that's why I wrote that statement above, as I went to the Manhattan space just to touch with my eyes, lol. The new grey R2 is more likely to be production-ready than the earlier white version. This time, I'll just wait to see one near the space near me and not shlep to Manhattan.

After viewing the R2, do yourselves a favor and hit the beer garden at the standard hotel. Just round the corner from the space. Have a Bitburger and a pretzel for me.

I'm planning to visit with the family. Let's see if my wife likes the R2 (which she thinks she will, more than our R1S)...

I'll post pictures and details after the visit.

Couldn't make it as one of the kids wasn't feeling well.

Hope someone else who made it can post pics, updates etc etc

Does anyone know if the R2 will stay in NYC for a while or will it be moved around? Is there a tracker forum some place to see where it might be next? Rivians website hasn’t added any upcoming sites.
