Delivery day today, they called said there’s water spots detailed can’t remove. Talked to service said it’s pretty bad need to replace whole front fascia. For now no timeline but rescheduled a week out…… already want to just cancel stick with Tesla

Because QC caught something they want to fix prior to delivery so you're going to cancel and go with Telsa?

Because QC caught something they want to fix prior to delivery so you're going to cancel and go with Telsa?

Makes sense.
Oh no it’s the fact brand new car already need whole front end taken apart and put back together sounds about right

It's a car. An inanimate object. Getting a new part. So it's done right for you.

Got three Tesla so far all been perfectly fine.
110k$ car needed replacing already that’s kinda funny.

And QC should be at factory not day before delivery.

Who cares. They could replace 30 parts prior to delivery and unless they told you, you'd be none the wiser.

You think every Tesla, or Jeep or Mercedes that arrives at a dealership from the factory has been flawless and doesn't require some kind of SC/Dealership re and re?

I fully agree with you there, but if things happen during transport, do they just scrap the whole vehicle?

Super odd view on this whole thing to be honest. Anything can happen to the car while it is being transported. No matter what brand of vehicle it is, things happen in the background and things get replaced. I guess this is why the industry shys away from telling the customer....

Oh yeah it is flawless, delivery straight to your home didn’t even touch dealership and was perfect straight from the factory. Tell me more about mercedes

I mean sure, not the first im guessing. They need better transport….. for me personally no one else have these kinda of issue

I guess, transport guy probably don’t care about the car just drive there and gets paid.
