So I had a similar situation. I was trading in my Raptor. But my trade in value was $62,000. I called the salesperson I worked with for the order. He wound up having it taken care of. Made sure I got my trade in value locked it and then was able to put my order on high and within a eeek I had my VIN and delivered was scheduled 16 days later. I just picked up my R1S Storm Blue with blackout A/T yesterday !!!

That is robbery! You can easily measure and place the badges. If they need new 3M tape you can buy 3M VHB from Amazon for cheap.
You don't need template. I have removed the badges to install ppf and then reinstalled them without template. I just cut new VHB tape for the badges by hand.
If you want to tackle it yourself we could take a measure where each letter would be. If you’ve bought new badge set then you only need to know where to place the “R” since the set comes as a template.
Are you asking about placement on the "R1T Quad" and the Gary badges or the RIVIAN one? I can take measurement on the Quad badge but the Gary one you'll have to either eyeball it in relation the the Quad or have someone with a Quad to get you the measurement.

It’s now been 7 weeks as of today since I ordered and the original delivery estimate at time of order was 3-6 weeks. Annoying, but I’ll just be patient I suppose.
