Hi. First post. Love my 24 R1T. Had it 2 weeks. Second owner.
The bed doesn’t have the pockets for 2x6’s to partition the bed out for small items.
I didn’t see anything on the internet about additional anchors other than the 4 in the bed or drilling.
Any other hidden places I’m not seeing?
Would love to keep a system all below the tonneau cover.

The 4 are the only ones that are designed to bear load. There are many aftermarket options to add additional, and discussed in multiple threads. However, be warned, the factory mounting points they utilize (the points that secure bed trim) are not meant for heavy loads.

Can you explain what you mean by heavy loads? Or is there somewhere I can learn more about the limits of these? I'm a new R1T owner and first-time truck owner, so I need to educate myself on using these mounting points.

He means the points where the aftermarket stuff screws into like L tracks or D rings and etc. They screw into thin metal designed for just holding up the bedsides so all the aftermarket options should only be used for securing light loads or nets and tarps. The 4 factory points are the only ones designed for heavy loads and rachet straps.

Nutserts installed on non-structural sheet metal vs factory tether points that are mounted to structures meant to support substantial loads. While aftermarket tether points mounted to nutserts may be spec’ed to endure substantial loads themselves (like L-tracks and accessories), the nutsert and sheet metal it is mounted to may not. Too much force could deform sheet metal and pull nutsert clean through—i.e. ok to support weight of a traction board or shovel, not ok for ratchet straps securing a motorcycle.

This has been ultra useful. I won't own a pickup without some kind of rail system. The assortment of bungees with big carabiners is key; you can hold so many different things so easily and quickly. The list of parts is in the video description.
