Also total garbage. I *really* hate companies throwing up hurdles like that. At least you can cancel at ford with the click of the button.

Was going to put down a deposit until I saw this, I'm not calling the dealer to get my money back. Plus mid 2024 for regular trims probably means 2025 and that's much too long of a wait.fyi, if you want a refund on your deposit, you have to ask for it from the selected dealer. 2024 for non-RST trims.
I made the same decision. Seems like a neat truck, but it'll be 2 years before I could get it most likely. No need for me to reserve early. Was going to put down a deposit until I saw this, I'm not calling the dealer to get my money back. LOL.Measly $100 so I reserved (#161456) a regular EV-Silverado work truck option.
I know the 400-mile battery equipped won't be $40k, but maybe less than $55?
There is a button:nice find.

lol. Why the hell don't they just say that when reserving? I bailed mid-reservation after seeing the page that says $100, and looking at the fine print it said I'd have to call the dealer. Well, that's good to hear at least. There is a button:

I am curious if their reservation numbers are sequential? I have ID 214831 and that was completed within 5 minutes of reservations opening. If so, they will have a few hundred thousand reservations on day 1!Measly $100 so I reserved (#161456) a regular EV-Silverado work truck option.
