Purchased used, curious what might be missing from R1S

Hello,

I purchased my R1S used back in Dec of last year. Absolutely nothing was in the vehicle as far as cables, adapters, etc. I am wodering, what would have originally come with the vehicle had I purcahsed new, if I were interested in tracking it all down..?

In a 2023 you would have gotten a portable charger and maybe the air hose kit? depending on trim level the flat repair kit and a first aid kit.

CCS to NACS would have gone out to the original owner at some point as well.

I think that is it.

I purchased a gen 2 in october 2024. In the frunk, I got a first aid kit, a tire repair kit (tire filler, compressor), home EVSE (colloquially referred to as a charger). I think that's it. I was mailed a NACS adapter a few weeks after purchase.

The camp speaker, charging cable, charging adapter, the flashlight, the first aid kit, the air compressor, fix the fix-a-flat gel. All came with mine. Not saying you should have gotten this, just a list for you.

YEE HAW... I already bought the Lectron Vortex Plus adapter, but it would be nice to chase down the wall charger that originally came with it, assuming it does do 240V and the compressor stuff... Thanks for the list!

I camp speaker is junk. Don't bother. Some of the other items can be gotten in the Rivian gear shop and are worth it like the flashlight, some sort of mobile charger (aftermarket is fine), storage divider, compressor hose and plugs, and especially card keys.

They didn't come with a wall charger. They came with a 120v/240v portable. The wall charger has always been optional, and overpriced.

Check that your frunk has the net at the front and the false floor fold-up thing. Here you can see it folded up with the portable charger bag underneath.

In the trunk, underneath the false floor back there, was a carpet insert thingy with space for the first aid kit and air compressor kit.

There is also a plastic piece over the trailer hitch that pulls off. Those are the only other things I can think of that are removable from the vehicle.

OP-did you not get anything that's mentioned above? I hope you did and just hadn't looked in the right places. Why would someone selling their car just get rid of all that stuff??

You got it wrong. They didn't throw it away or lose it. Most strip car of all accessories to sell separately and claw back every dime possible. Personally, not worth the hassle of dealing with all those individual sales. But to each their own.

Congrats! Compressor kit if you have that option installed.

Yeah, they must've kept LITERALLY everything... The bluetooth speaker and flashlight were in there. No compressor stuff (it is equipped with the compressor) and ZERO charging stuff. It has a set of greenish floor mats that look like they'd be terrible, but I have actually ended up liking. I did get two carabiner fobs and two NFC cards. It was purchased through an independent used luxury auto dealer, not Rivian (which saved me around 10k). I'm sure Rivian probably throws the missing stuff in their used units before selling...
