Oh, yeah. Just got knocked out of the Rivian Android app; and it is not allowing me to log back in. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Not taking the MFA pin codes (through either authenticator or SMS). I suspect it's a server-side error.

Anyone else having problems?

Still got my card key if it's not cleared up by the time i need to head out later.

Happening to me as well, tried everything (clear cache/storage/uninstall) except rebooting phone.. Glad I have my key card with me..

I have had it twice, in the last week, ask me to log-in again to continue using the app. Requires me to login with username, password, and 2 factor authentication code from SMS.

Something weird on the backend is going on. I was able to launch the app just fine however, beneath security and access it did not list the number of drivers and keys for a few minutes. It’s back now.

Same here and I’m on the iOS app. My watch is working fine and I always have the card key as the last resort.

Same issue, on iOS newest app version (3.11) and key card is not working either. Stranded 2 hours from my key fob. Being told they will tow to nearest service center which is 30 min in the wrong direction from my home and I can pick it up when the issue is resolved. But if it’s not warranty based the tow is on me. Crazy. Basically 7 hours of drive time for me. Being told no idea when app will be fixed. They are unwilling to tow it to my local service center even if I was willing to pay out of pocket, they “can’t facilitate” that. It’s to much to ask to tell me the tow company they would use? Really disappointed with the customer cares lack of flexibility. I am sure I am not the only one stranded far from home. Asked if I could Uber to the local service center and have them reprogram a key for me so I could try they said no dice. Instead my wife is going to drive to me with our physical key fob and we are going to try that.

I don’t think the fob would’ve worked either. If you see the screenshot I posted above, my app did not show any drivers or keys. The keyfob is listed as a key so I’m thinking that probably would not have worked. The disappearing drivers and keys is intermittent (ongoing) because I accessed the mobile app again just now and they were missing and a few seconds later they were present.

When was the last time this happened? Is everyone's 2FA auth expiring at the same time and overwhelming the servers every time this happens? I got a new phone recently and had no issues today.
