That looks like the truck is being towed for service.
It doesn't look like a delivery, has permanent plates and the truck looks dirty.

yup. no yellow, red, limestone (obviously) and very few black or silvers. im sure that gives us an indication of which are the most to least popular.

Factory may only be able to paint so many colors at a time. Employees getting trucks at a big discount probably don't care that much. I doubt its paint holding up non-employee deliveries.

Why? Not just anyone can run a license plate, and most people in a position to look them up for funsies are at risk of losing their job if they do that.

not necessarily to look up their info, but since there are so few on the road, people taking pictures can expose things like daily routines and such, which are a privacy concern.

If you have 1 person following you around 24/7 taking pictures, that's stalking. However you can accomplish the same goal with 100 people each taking a single picture. Essentially crowd sourced stalking.

Granted with so few on the road, outside of employee home towns, plates really don't matter since there is likely only one on the road.
