This is asinine. It's a $90,000 brand new vehicle. Zero excuse for Rivian to deliver a truck like this. Whatever the soultion is, we shouldn't be dealing with these obvious QC problems. No one checked this truck before delivery. It's that simple

That's literally the problem with the windows. Pressing the switches doesn't consistently make the windows roll fully up or fully down. It takes multiple presses and it shouldn't.

Service tickets do nothing. They call me and say they'll open a ticket but never call again or schedule me. They just say they don't have a repair plan yet. I have 7 or 8 tickets open now

Pre conditioning the cabin works great for me. But the air vents never seems to be pointed at the right location. I'm constantly adjusting them. Moving them in the screen has a noticeable delay a lot of the time too. Sometimes adjusting them does nothing at all and I have to turn off the zone...
