Have you submitted a service ticket yet?

Service tickets do nothing. They call me and say they'll open a ticket but never call again or schedule me. They just say they don't have a repair plan yet. I have 7 or 8 tickets open now

Have not had issues with the power windows although mine seem to have built in stop positions so if I hold down they only go down part way and I need to re-press the button to go all the way and same on the way up.

That's literally the problem with the windows. Pressing the switches doesn't consistently make the windows roll fully up or fully down. It takes multiple presses and it shouldn't.

My delivery specialist yesterday tried to sell this to me as a “feature”

I haven’t driven it enough yet to see how annoying it is. Maybe they’ll make it a toggle.

Call them about the delay on the service plan and ask for an ETA. That does seem to be where they get lost in the process.
