Desperate? I would give it a go if I was otherwise to be stranded for an extended period without tow service available. Would also consider renting a truck and car trailer. Or renting a large gasoline generator.

In the TV documentary “Long Way Up” they resorted to tow charging their Rivian R1T support vehicle at least once when they couldn’t make their next charger.

It's something that technically works, but it's super-harsh on the motors (as it's essentially just regen braking).
