I'm dealing with a strange combination of suspension symptoms on our 23 R1S (33k mi) and wanted to see if anyone has experienced the exact same chain of events before I open a service ticket.

Here is the breakdown of what happened:

The Corner Drop: drove the car this morning and then it sat in a parking lot until after work. and the truck immediately felt off-balance and incredibly harsh—exactly like riding on a completely flat tire on one side.

A message popped up on the driver display saying "Waiting for vehicle rise" or something to that effect . We kept driving slowly, and after we eventually parked, the vehicle finally cycled, evened out, and returned to normal height.

The Compressor Hum: when I got it home I backed it out of the driveway and noticed a loud, continuous humming/buzzing sound coming directly from the driver-side rear wheel well area when parked. It sounds exactly like the air compressor running completely non-stop

Driver rear

The Driveway Click: When pulling back and forth over the concrete lip into the garage, there is a distinct metallic "ticking" or clicking noise coming from the suspension as the weight shifts. For instance, listen here at around 14 or 15 seconds.

Is it likely that a failing ride height sensor or a leaky air spring bladder on that corner caused the initial drop and is now forcing the compressor to run continuously? Also, is the clicking over the driveway bump related to the extra stress on that corner, or is it just the classic Rivian axle spline click?

If anyone has had this exact combo fixed, I'd love to know what the Service Center ended up replacing. Thanks!

Update: created a ticket and the apps scanned the vehicle. Said it had a critical suspension failure or something to that effect. Do I drive it to the service center or do I have them send roadside.

I’d call and ask them if it was me.

I'd call them and ask about the driving safety question. You don't want to give them a cause not to warranty it. Rivian SC has been top-notch for me, but it's best to be safe. You might learn a bit more by putting it into service mode; I haven't viewed that screen in a while, but it probably shows pressure by shock/zone somewhere.
Others on this forum have reported failures due to leaks in bladders, metal tubing fittings, or compressors; yours appears to be a leak somewhere in one zone but you didn't report hearing a hissing sound.
Halfshaft washers will eventually create clicking on many Gen1, but mine were much louder when I had them replaced around 50-53K; the clicking is starting to come back at 70K:(.

I called and the rep took my notes. He said it's fine to drive but obviously they were just taking notes and I didn't even know about the scan diagnostic the app runs. I mentioned that it did say critical suspension failure but he said I can drive it. Mentioned if it was something catastrophic it would show up as a notification in the car but who knows.

I'm wondering if I should have them tow it or I should drive it in myself

When parked you can kind of see it's tilted.
