Howdy all!

First up! With the help from some members here on the forums, and some nice wiring diagrams we have a nice simple wiring harness to add 12v power to the the bed of the R1T. This is limited to only 60 W (some small wires invoved), but should be plenty to power your fridges or small devices. Install video and purchasing found here:

Second...

We are going to be offering these wheels for a group buy Very SOON-ish. We will be doing these in R1 20" size (with the same offset as OEM), in both the gunmetal gray shown and satin black (I don't have an example of this yet, but will be getting it for my own R1T) AND we will offer the design in the R2 offset and 20" size as well.

If there's enough interest we will open the group buy ASAP. The wheels should be mounted onto the truck soon.

Third!

I am in the middle of designing several accessories for the R2. (I was lucky enough to get an early delivery). We are in the middle of designing and prototyping. But I hope to have final products in hand within 6 weeks.

Happy to talk about those accessories if others are interested!
Great job on the wheels! Now, if you can deliver a sub for the R2 in the sub trunk, 👍👍!

I'll be ordering that 12V bed mount after I get back from my summer camping trip.

One suggestion; put a link to that up in the GoFast forum as well. The GoFast interior lights draw about 40W IIRC (I'll verify on my camping trip) and come with a 12V plug that hangs right in that corner of the truck.

There's not a lot of Rivian GoFast's out there, but this is perfectly designed for those that exist.
I am picking my GFC in October at the HQ in MT, so I appreciate this info!

Does the Bed Mount 12V stay on even when the vehicle is locked? I didn't see any specific info on the website answering that question.

I have a 2026 R1T (gen 2) and have found that the 12v outlet in gear tunnel does not provide power when car is sleeping. To power my portable freezer/fridge, I need to set a timer for accessory power (includes 120v and USB-C outlets). Otherwise the 12v power shuts off when my truck goes to sleep.

I do not know for sure, but I assume the 12v wiring to the air compressor would behave similarly (shuts off when truck sleeps). To keep 12v power on, set timer for accessory outlets.

Super cool on the 12v! I wish Rivian would make this and high amperage 12v winch power available as addons .

You have to go into camp mode and select manage energy > stay on. That will keep the 12V active indefinitely. You should also turn off the HVAC and displays if you’re leaving it for a while to save power. Using the 12V alone uses several times less power than running the inverter outlets so it’s definitely worth it.
