Updated just got the VIN #35XX

But I ordered the exact same configuration on June 25. I got VIN 3301 on July 18. It was changed to VIN 3323 on Aug 5. Still no delivery date scheduled. (Unlike tonyg77, I don't have a lease ending. And since he ordered 7 weeks later than me, I hope and assume the build and delivery pace is picking up).

This delay will push me to at least 19 days delayed at this point. Probably 20-21 days by the time they put the part in and I can get down to Tempe to pick it up.

Two deliveries rescheduled hours before pickup: one for "a minor broken part," then rescheduled again two hours before delivery for a bent charging pin that they missed (or bent).

As expected, another canceled delivery. Like before, the Tempe SC seems to be rather unconcerned. Anyone have any leads on whom to escalate this at Rivian corporate?

To be clear: I'm not looking for money back, freebies, "compensation" or for them to make parts appear out of thin air. Supposedly they're shipped, but Tempe "doesn't know when they'll arrive." I really want someone to actually care about delivering this thing.

Sorry to everyone for not posting yesterday. I received Vin #3257, ES, 21” Friday 8/14 from SC in Tempe AZ. Originally delivery date was 8/12 but there was a paperwork glitch in Normal that delayed delivery (the vehicle was available).
Delivery was smooth with no issues. The R2 so far is as I expected with no problems.
Pictures are from Friday a PC day and Esker Silver looked more Pewter in color. Today in the bright sunlight it’s definitely silver.

Update on my saga: Rivian corporate reached out this morning. RJ (or someone in his office), does scan emails for these things.

That’s reasonable.. there have been some reports picking up in Normal where the car had >50 miles on the odometer, which makes no sense.

Picked up VIN #4988 (LG, BC, 20’s) on 8/14 in Colorado Springs. All is well here so far! Fit and finish seems better than my two Gen 1 R1Ts (7XXX and 29XXX VINs for those).

Had some trouble setting up digital keys but reverted to iOS 26 from the iOS 27 beta and that resolved my issues. Everything else has been great. 12 miles on the odometer at delivery.

Accepted delivery yesterday in Denver, loving it! Might have cupholder issue. Rear wiper not tightened so it doesn't actuate.

Minor niggles, it's such a treat to drive!
