Bugs! What products will take care of bug splatter?

No PPF/ceramic here. Does anyone have product recommendations to take care of these bugs?

My go-to is P&S Bug Off Insect Remover. Link is for my preferred detailing supply vendor, Detailed Image. They're always running sales and shipments are super fast.

You may alternatively use a pre-wash (no contact) car shampoo that has a higher pH, something like Gyeon Foam or Koch Chemie Active Wash are great for this. Suds on, let dwell for 3-5 minutes, then rinse off, continuing to your contact wash step.

This reminds me of a video I saw a while back where someone simply slapped some plastic wrap across the front of the truck before a long drive. Not only did it stay on the whole time, they literally just peeled off all of the bug splatters upon arrival.

I'm not saying that it's a great idea, but I was surprised by how well it held on and how well it worked.

Finally a use for my Kirkland plastic wrap! My mom bought one double roll 12-15 years ago and I'm still working on them ?

It's not biodegradable, but according to a quick Google, it is recyclable:

Plastic wrap and film packaging are generally #2 and #4 plastic, both of which are recyclable. It is often recycled into composite lumber, but it can become a wide variety of products. Unless your local recycling service tells you otherwise, plastic wrap and film must be taken to a drop-off location for recycling.

One of the main reasons I'm getting ppf/ceramic, the windshield doesn't seem to shed/wipe bugs away; ceramic there as well.

Also, what a GREAT color!!
