Saw a brand new EDV for the first time in my neighborhood today. They look much more impressive in person. Got to chat with the driver while he was on break. He said the van is fairly new, gets about 190 miles of range, less in cold temps or high winds. He likes how quiet it is.

The DC he drives from is about 35 miles away, and he thinks there are about 100 of these there now. I asked if he ever cut it close on charge, he said there were a few times. Once he charged at a McDonalds for about 30 minutes and that got him thru the rest of the day. He uses Presto app to find chargers. He thinks if they can get the rage up another 50 miles or so, that would be perfect.

Where do you live that you're just getting them now? I've been seeing them for almost 4 years now around here (~Seattle).

Small mid-west town halfway in between Indianapolis and Columbus. Just last year Amazon was driving ICE around town. And about half the time, Amazon orders are delivered by what looks to be independent third parties.

See multiple every day in Denver area. I see them more than the ICE vans around here.
