Non drivers, move in ready!
(Although you might have a hard time evicting the critters that have taken up residence) ?

Although after looking closer there is one that has some roof damage that doesn't look too bad from the available pictures. Guess not worth it for Amazon to fix it and they totalled it.

That's OK! What's wrong with a fixer upper? Any discount can only help.

That's ironic because they refuse to do any tire mounting/balancing/installation on Rivians when it comes to their mobile repair service.

Sooo, What I'm hearing is your gonna order a few extra EDV 700 vans when the deal is announced and then resell they to Rivian Forums members to upfit into lifestyle camper vans.

@Discover: It's like you didn't read a word of what I said in #9, or follow any of the links I provided.

Let me repeat: The contract for the USPS Next Generation Delivery Vehicle (NGDV) has already been signed. It was a process started in 2015 with the contract being awarded in 2021. This process will NOT be redone. The NGDV is going to be that silly looking Oshkosh vehicle, because they are the competitor who met all the USPS specifications and won the contract two years ago. Delivery is starting in the next few months.

I specifically addressed the Canoo and Transit purchases back in #9. Those are not NGDV. And Rivian doesn't have vans on the GSA schedule.

Circling back on this. With the confirmed right-hand drive option for the R2 and smaller form factor, it almost seems like a no-brainer to make a postal service/ mail carrier based on the platform.

I’ve used mobile tyre fitting Oldham before, and having someone come to you makes a huge difference, especially if you’re stuck or short on time. Seeing companies try out electric vans for this kind of work feels like a natural step, since most of the job is just getting the right gear to the customer. If the service rolls out widely, it could make on‑site tyre help a lot cleaner and quieter.
