Just saw this about inspections for Tesla in Pennsylvania. I was hoping eventually Rivian could do the inspection, but probably not.

This has been going on for 10+ years and NOTHING has changed in Harrisburg regarding EVs inspection and direct sales. But the political hacks were eager two years ago to talk about TAXING EVs.

Rivians? Right now no. It’s a serve center, not a show room. At least that’s all we know at this point.

How would you go about changing your delivery location. I’m close to DE and would like to take delivery there then transfer to PA since there are no delivery centers planned for PA that I know of?

I've been going two times a week and so far nothing but I'm sure they are keeping things in the garage which is private property.

I’ve asked Rivian CS if I could see one if I drove to the plant in Normal. I never got a straight answer. Just the boiler plate about how hard they are trying to setup local test drives but everybody has COVID, etc.

Has anybody actually been to Normal? If I walked in the front door and asked to see an R1S or T would they throw me out?

I also go by there couple times a week. I haven’t seen much just a couple of the vehicle delivery trucks and a couple employees were there ‘first Drive“hoodies.
