2026 R1T V2 Tonneau Clacking Sound

Is this sound normal for the most current power tonneau cover? I have nothing to compare it to. Used dry lube as recommended in the tracks but while opening, it doesn't sound right to me. Please advise. Truck is a week old. Thank you. https://quickshare.samsungcloud.com/ehb54btfjvrJ

totally normal, its also loud inside the cabin when you remote open/close it. Did that last week and the wife was like what is that.

I just finally got mine replaced with the latest version a month or so ago - yours is so much quieter than mine.

Had Rivian service take a look and determined the cover is functioning normally with a normal sound. I plan on applying dry lube to the tracks at least once a quarter. I also noticed the rollers attached to the tailgate flap had a white substance caked on that left a residue on the back of the gate. I used rubbing alcohol and armor all to clean and protect the rollers. Originally thought it was cement powder from the factory near the Richmond VA delivery center but was told it was some kind of over spray. Either way not normal.
