Can’t send planned trip to car?

Any suggestions on how to fix this? I just spend a good chuck of time planning this trip on the Rivian app. But now I can’t send it to my car? I tried restarting the app already.

I just tried this after verifying the car is awake and am getting the same error. This function has worked for me in the past so this is a new bug.

For what it's worth, I tested sending a planned route from Google Maps, and this is still working. Of course you'll have to start over with your planning.

Just tried sending a route from Google Maps. Seemed to work fine from the phone's perspective. YMMV, I think. Didn't go out to the truck to see the status at the other end.

Works fine for me from Google Maps on Pixel 10 Pro XL / Android 16. For those having problems, what phone/OS and mapping app are you using?

Had this happen to me last year, if I recall, a soft reset of the car (holding both scroll buttons on the steering wheel), and then a restart of my phone (last year it was an S24) solved the issue.

Yeah I can’t send a trip from the app right now on my iPhone. This happened with a previous software version that resolved with the next software update. Resets have not fixed it.

I am receiving the same error. My iOS App is up to date. Bummer. I recently realized that planning the trip using the mobile app (even if in the car) works better than using the in-car UI. Hopefully Rivian sorts this out soon.

Quit iOS app. Relaunch. If problem remains, try full reboot of phone and retest. After that, the vehicle resets.
