Same boat myself. Throw down a preorder and wait for the reviews to come in, choose the best one when the time comes. Unfortunately, its gonna be awhile...
My money is on fluff piece for the holiday, cutesy camping, plugging in lights, kids with sparklers etc.
Nothing really new or interesting numbers wise
That's the grift. They call it "FSD" and keep it eternally in beta or alpha testing to free them from liability and people will pay that premium because they think they will run a fleet of Cybertrucks as robotaxis "soon" LOL

I like that Car and Driver and other sites do tests like this, but just based off of what other cars get and the Rivian seems more high output vs high efficiency, I'd say that low or less if I had to guess
LOL, now I see it. Tech ubb. It's a TSLA shill video, so still scary ?.
Talking about 20M cars a year. You gotta be kidding me, the quality would drop to being held together with epoxy and duct tape at that stage
Just like all technology purchases you balance your budget vs the feature set for your use case. Make the best decision and then you get to ENJOY your new toy. Always something better down the pipeline. After buying this first EV I'm hoping solid state batteries will be at that mass market...
Unfortunately, this is common on basically all "news" outlets for EVs and forums. You will see the same usernames pop up on InsideEVs, Elektrek, etc. and they just regurgitate the same thing over and over again. Just have to skim over everything and move on at this point otherwise it gets too...
Headlights look a little goofy at first, but not terrible.
I'm not a huge fan of the little brake lights in the back. Seems disproportionate for the size of the vehicle but not a deal breaker by any means
There were talks of future developments between the two companies. As far as I know, the only one stated so far was for Rivian to help make a small Lincoln branded SUV with their skateboard technology. This plan was cancelled earlier this year or at least put on hold for the time being.
Ford...
I'm hoping they can not only go slightly higher, but maintain that peak much longer and you don't get these crazy spikes and dips that they show with certain brands
He already made a comment on his Twitter that the inflated number was due to driving all the time at very low speed for short distance
Still if it's 350+ that would be amazing
I'm glad they just gave everyone the compressor. Now I'm hoping for them to breakup the Adventure trim too haha. Not gonna happen but I would just want the nicer seats on the Explore trim
