You and me both. Mine is due in 2 months, and I need a tire rotation too.
The issue is they are required to take off the wheel to look at the brakes. Some shops will say you can see the brakes, and skip it (and I'd probably pull the aero covers off before going, to encourage that). But if they...
Given what he said, is bet he had a cell burn, the bang was probably the cell popping. But the pack design kept it from spreading, there are vents on the bottom for the smoke, one of those may have popped open too
Anyways, id expect the pack to just get swapped, that wouldn't total it.
I had it happen to me last week. I started a trip with ~50mi of range, and the supercharger that I needed to make it to was ~15mi away. There was a RAN Waypoint on the way, so it wanted a half hour charge there.
I think the way the nav is, it NEVER wants to arrive at a DCFC below 10%, and will...
They charged me $160, $100 to "rotate and balance", and $60 to "perform a courtesy inspection" that I never asked for. Took me 3 weeks to get the SC to talk to me (support would only talk to me at 3am and tell me they are closed). Once the SC talked to me they said yea, we screwed up, we didn't...
I beleive they said the infotainment saw zero upgrades, it's the same part as gen1.
What they did was added a separate compute module that handles camera/driver autonomy stuff so some stuff is no longer done in the infotainment system.
There is a point, but 400mi isn't it if you have charging at your destination. That's a single stop on a 6 hour drive, just enough time to empty my bladder. Having an EV isn't changing my time. I'd say the tipping point is really commercial driving (multi-day trips). Though I will say, as...
So I just got a fridge for my R1S, read the manual last night and there is a note in there, if you want 12V on all day long then turn the outlets on. I'm currently testing that now, it 100% stays on, though my fridge definitely struggles to keep temp with the car baking in the sun.
I noticed too, I think this is just beta SW that needs the kinks worked out of
Probably missing some HW for those sensors and the UI lags because of it
I agree, It shows massive errors. The one that gets me is it seems to use radar to find cars that are not there. Noticeably, it will reflect cars off the center divider and show a lane on the other side (where oncoming traffic is) and depict cars driving forward there. I think the radar reflects...
I guess I'm just wondering because I don't necessarily trust one bank rep. Did you try a different card with a different bank and ask them the same question.
I've seen other posts on similar problems and it was caused because Rivian only ever uses the primary card of the owner, not the driver. And sometimes the owner is wrong because it's whoever Rivian choose during purchasing, not the person who might be the usual driver
This though sounds like...
How many drivers do you have configured? When you go to drivers/keys does it show more than one driver?
I'd delete all drivers except for the owner from the vehicle too.
I wish I drove with such light traffic, I remember seeing someone post a similar comment a few months ago, so next day I counted, I got up to 12 vehicles rendered, and that wasn't even stop and go traffic. It's got a fairly short sight distances, but if traffic is slow and the cars close, it...
